Background
Tasha is a resident teacher at Hridaya Yoga Mazunte, where she’s been embedded since 2015. Her background draws on Tibetan Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism and a lifelong music practice.
How she works
Her sound work is voice-based — bhajans and Sanskrit devotional singing rather than instruments-driven sessions. The format sits inside Hridaya’s broader hatha and meditation tradition.
Where to find her
Hridaya Yoga’s hilltop center in Mazunte hosts her bhajan evenings and module teachings. She also co-leads the Hridaya Teacher Training in Mazunte.
