Paulina Landa is a certified sound healing practitioner who founded Encalma Healing Studio in Lomas del Chamizal, Mexico City. She trained in sound therapy with Sacred Science of Sound (Los Angeles) and in gong with Vikrampal, and complements her work with Reiki, breathwork and Access Consciousness Bars. Her practice blends crystal singing bowls, Reiki, breathwork and guided meditation into immersive sessions designed to regulate the nervous system.

Paulina Landa is a Mexico City-based sound healer who founded Encalma Healing Studio, a wellness space in Plaza La Noria, Bosques de la Reforma. She is certified in sound therapy by Sacred Science of Sound (Los Angeles) and in gong with Vikrampal, and also holds certifications in Reiki, 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa yoga and Access Consciousness Bars.
How she works
Her sessions combine crystal singing bowls, Reiki, breathwork and guided meditation, focused on calming the nervous system and clearing energetic blockages. She offers private 1:1, couples and group sessions of up to fifteen people, plus a yearly retreat in Malinalco and an annual sound healing training (Academia de Sound Healing).
