Carmela Carlyle is a Certified Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher and licensed psychotherapist with over twenty years of sound healing experience across medical, yoga, retreat and organizational settings. Background
Carmela trained as both a psychotherapist and an Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher and has been working with sound healing for over twenty years. The combination is uncommon in Mexico — most sound healers don’t carry a clinical psychotherapy credential, and most psychotherapists don’t run a full alchemical bowl set.
How she works
Sessions blend psychotherapy framing with a complete set of alchemical crystal bowls tuned to the seven chakras, plus binaural-beat guided meditation. The home studio in San Miguel is acoustically prepared for both in-person and high-quality Zoom sessions, so out-of-town clients receive sound work over video that approaches the in-person experience.
Where to find her
Local clients meet Carmela in her San Miguel home studio. Group offerings scale up to four people, retreats and corporate groups by arrangement. International clients work with her over Zoom from anywhere in the world.
