Background

Alejandro Vergara is one of three founders — with Daniela and Joss — of Gita Studio in Roma Norte. The space is built as a soundproofed urban oasis on Avenida Chapultepec, designed for yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork and sound healing.

How he works

His sound rituals are curated 60-minute “listening sessions” using a wide instrument palette: strings, handpan, Tibetan bowls, gongs, tuning forks and Koshi chimes. The format is intentionally non-traditional — closer to a guided sonic experience than a classic sound bath.

Where to find him

Gita Studio is at Av. Chapultepec 360, Roma Norte. Bookings and the schedule run through @gita.studio.mx on Instagram and the studio’s website.
